The operating system for condo management.
Seven modules, one login, every syndicate. Accounting, communications, documents and reporting for property managers and self-managed boards, built in Montréal.
Two kinds of teams. One platform that fits both.
A portfolio of buildings, one workspace.
Switch between syndicates in a click, keep every ledger separate, and give each board its own transparent view of their money and their building.

Minutes, votes, fees and the maintenance log in one place, so the next board inherits order instead of a shoebox of paper.

Scattered follow-ups
Requests arrive by email, phone and hallway. Anacondo turns each one into a tracked task with an owner and a deadline.
Month-end accounting
Fees, arrears and supplier bills reconcile per syndicate, with statements the board can read without an accountant.
Finding the document
Declarations, insurance, contracts and minutes filed once and searchable by everyone who should see them.
Board communication
Announcements, votes and meeting packs go out from one place, in French and English, with a record of who received what.
Seven modules, one login
Each module is a full product on its own. Together they share one set of owners, units and ledgers, so nothing is entered twice.
Dashboard
What needs attention today, across every building you manage.
Syndicates
Units, owners, tenants and the building register, always current.
Management
Maintenance, inspections, suppliers and the maintenance log with full history.
Accounting
Fee calls, budgets, payables and bank reconciliation per syndicate.
Communications
Announcements, votes, meetings and notices with delivery records.
Reports
Financial statements and board reports, on demand, in either language.
Documents
Secure filing with access by role, from board member to owner.
Owners see their account. Boards stop answering the same question twice.
Statements and receipts, available the moment they post.
Documents and notices, filtered to what each owner may see.
Requests and votes from any phone, no app to install.
Live in three steps
- 1
Set up your syndicates
Import units, owners and opening balances. We migrate from spreadsheets and from other software.
- 2
Invite the board and owners
Each person gets exactly the access their role needs, nothing more.
- 3
Automate the routine
Fee calls, reminders, notices and monthly reports run on their own.

Questions boards ask first
Where is our data hosted?
In Canada, in [region] data centres. Backups stay in Canada too, and nothing is transferred outside the country.
Can we migrate from our current software?
Yes. We import units, owners, balances and documents from spreadsheets and from most condo management tools. Migration is included on the management company plan.
Do owners need to create an account?
No. Owners receive a secure link by email for votes, statements and notices. An account is optional for those who want the full portal.
Is there a contract, or can we cancel any time?
Monthly billing, no fixed term. Export everything you own whenever you leave.
Does it meet Bill 16 maintenance log requirements?
Yes. The Management module keeps the maintenance log and the building register in the format the regulation requires.
What counts as a door?
One door is one private portion in the declaration of co-ownership: a residential or commercial unit. Parking and storage spaces are not counted. A 40-unit syndicate is 40 doors.
